Reservation conditions and information

  • A deposit of 50 % of the total amount of the stay must be paid by bank transfer after reservation.
  • The remaining 50 % of the stay must be paid in cash upon arrival.
  • If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before the start of your stay, we will refund the entire deposit immediately.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the start of your stay, we will keep a reservation deposit of 50% of the total sum.
  • Accommodation of children under 3 years of age is free of charge without the right to a bed.
  • Booking of a baby cot for children up to 3 years old is possible at the cost of 5.00 € per night. A cot is included in the price when booking the entire apartment house.
  • When accommodating a group of more than 16 people, we can provide a maximum of 3 extra beds. Price of 1 extra bed is 18.00 € per night.
  • Accommodation with pets is only possible when booking the entire apartment house and after an agreement with the owner.
  • The accommodation price in the Apartment House Pod Chopkom is flexible and depends on the date of your stay and the number of people staying. The reservation system calculates the total price of the stay according to these parameters and the type of booked apartment or studio.
