Ski resorts

Liptov is a paradise for skiers. Apartments Pod Chopkom are sought after precisely because of the great location near the popular slopes of the largest ski resort in Slovakia - Jasná in Low Tatras. You can be there by car in 10 minutes, but you can also use the shuttle ski bus on the red line A, which stops just a few meters from the apartments. You can use the same bus line to get back.

If you love quieter skiing in smaller resorts with a family atmosphere and safe slopes for the little ones, we recommend you to visit Žiarce in Pavčina Lehota. A small but well-equipped resort with a cable car can be found just 500 meters from Apartments Pod Chopkom. You can walk there in 10 minutes.

Similar locations are the Opalisko in Závažná Poruba, Dolinky in Žiar or the great ski area in Čertovica. However, there are many more ski slopes in the area...
